Dear Flamingo TV Customer,
Please be advised that Flamingo TV will schedule a maintenance window for a fiber cutover. This is due that the utility company will be removing the electrical poles and all aerial infrastructure will be placed underground. Flamingo TV has already placed their infrastructure underground and with this maintenance window the newly placed infrastructure will be connected to the existing underground fiber infrastructure.
Maintenance Window Schedule
Sunday 3rd December 2023 from 4:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Cable TV & Internet Services on our cable & fiber infrastructure will not be available during the maintenance window in the following neighborhoods:
- Sabadeco
- Hato
- Rincon
- Playa Pabou
